Fulfilled on demand by a partner in the United States. We do not warehouse this tub.

Transit times and carriers are the partner's, not a warehouse we operate. We will put the live shipping method on the order confirmation when checkout exists.

Dietary supplements fulfilled on demand generally cannot be returned if opened. Unopened returns, if any, will follow the fulfillment partner's rules and will be stated at checkout. Do not assume Amazon-style free returns.

Damaged-in-transit: photograph the package and email hello@exactwell.co before discarding it.
